Nevertheless, Mr. Nashad Nawas the Managing Director of Wayamba Printpack (Pvt) Ltd and his team, kept a remark by challenging a very competitive packaging industry within a short period and accomplished the targets much more successfully than ever before, is a mark of excellence on its own.
His positive futuristic focus led him to reestablish the business and start the productions once again just after four months and the fact that they could, was a victory in the very sense of the word to have been able to stabilize the business within a short period of time following the complete destruction, and had seized the award for the Most Excellent Young Entrepreneur of the year by Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industries of Sri Lanka on February 2019
Furthermore, the company also has acquired Wayamba Wijayabhimani Award by Industrial Service Bureau (ISB) in 2013, 2015, 2018 for Best Productive Enterprise and Best Enterprise in the region, Gold & Silver Awards at Lanka Star Awards by Sri Lanka Institute of Packaging (SLIP) ceremony in the years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
